Effective November 6, 2026

Terms of use.

These terms apply to your use of getcultive.app and the Cultivé waitlist, which are operated by Cultive LLC (“Cultivé”, “we”, “us”), a California company. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

1. The waitlist

Cultivé is not yet live. Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about our launch; it does not create an account, reserve a booking, guarantee access, or guarantee that Cultivé will launch in your city or on any particular date. Using the Cultivé marketplace after launch will be subject to separate terms that you will be asked to accept at that time.

2. Emails

By joining the waitlist you agree that we may email you about Cultivé, including launch news, invitations, offers and other marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Information on this site

Everything on this site describes a service that is still being built and may change before or after launch. In particular:

4. Independent designers

Designers on Cultivé are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Cultivé. Each designer is responsible for the pieces they make and the services they provide.

5. Age and minors

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist as a designer, and to book or pay for services once Cultivé launches. A parent or legal guardian may join and book on behalf of a minor (for example, for a quinceañera or graduation piece). A parent or legal guardian must be present at every measurement, fitting and in-person meeting involving a minor, and is responsible for the minor’s booking.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no submitting someone else’s email address, automated or bulk sign-ups, attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or any unlawful use.

7. Intellectual property

The Cultivé name, logo, design, text and images on this site belong to Cultive LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cultivé will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist, and our total liability for any claim relating to them will not exceed $100.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
