Privacy policy.
This policy explains what Cultive LLC (“Cultivé”, “we”, “us”) collects through getcultive.app, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a California company based in San Diego.
1. What we collect
- What you give us. When you join the waitlist: your email address and whether you are joining as a client, a designer or both. If you email us, we receive your message and email address.
- What is collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of a visit, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
2. How we use it
- To add you to the waitlist and tell you when Cultivé launches in your city.
- To send you emails about Cultivé, including news, invitations, offers and marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time (see section 5).
- To understand interest from clients and designers and plan our launch.
- To protect the site, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers who work for us, such as our website host (Netlify) and our email provider, under contracts that limit their use of your information.
- Legal and safety reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Cultivé, our users or others.
- Business transfers, if Cultivé is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
4. Cookies
This waitlist site does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and it does not set cookies to identify you. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this section and, where required, ask for your consent first.
5. Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@getcultive.app.
- Access, correction and deletion: email us and we will respond within the time the law requires.
6. Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it; to access, correct or delete it; to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither); to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it on this site); and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email info@getcultive.app with the subject “Privacy request”. We will verify your request using your email address. You can use an authorized agent. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, you may also ask whether we shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing; we do not.
We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because this site does not track you across other sites. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing.
7. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you by email if the changes are significant.
